The Reading Assistant Learning Support Services is dedicated to providing evidence-informed literacy support, inclusive education consultancy, and student support services for learners, families, schools, and organizations. Our mission is to empower learners, educators, and institutions through structured, inclusive, and student-centered practices that foster literacy, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Literacy Practitioner | Inclusive Learning Advocate | Program Developer | Workshop Facilitator
Ms. Kecia Rouse is an experienced literacy practitioner with over 20 years of professional experience supporting learners across diverse educational contexts. She specializes in providing targeted literacy and learning support for both diagnosed and undiagnosed neurodivergent learners, as well as students with learning differences or learning deficits.
As the founder of The Reading Assistant Learning Support Services, Ms. Rouse delivers structured, inclusive literacy instruction and consultancy in reading, writing, communication, and critical thinking. Her work is grounded in multisensory, evidence-informed approaches designed to support learner progress, confidence, and long-term success.
She is also the developer of the Literacy Club School Program, an after-school literacy intervention delivered in partnership with schools to strengthen foundational and developing literacy skills.
Ms. Rouse is an invited speaker at the West Cast International Conference, where she will present on inclusive education in the midst of political change and economic crisis. Her presentation explores how political, economic, and cultural divides impact access to education and highlights practical strategies for staying true to the values of inclusion.

Mr. Jamon Bridgeman brings over 8 years of teaching and student support experience. He supports literacy instruction, reinforcement activities, and student aide services, ensuring learners receive individualized support and guidance within structured learning environments.
