Consultancy & Advisory Services

We offer professional consultancy and advisory support to schools, organizations, and education-focused institutions seeking to strengthen literacy outcomes and inclusive practices.

Consultancy areas include:

After School Literacy Program

A structured after-school literacy intervention program and Pre-CXC delivered in partnership with schools and Pre- CXC English A Prep classes.

• Designed to improve reading, writing, and literacy foundations

• Supports students with reading delays, learning differences, and diverse learning needs
  
  

• Program structure and duration are determined in collaboration with each school

Pre-CXC English A Prep Classes

For students' in 3 & 4th form preparing for cxc English A  

The pre-CXC English A Prep classes are designed for students who are not yet sitting the CXC examination but need early preparation and structured support in English. 

This program focuses on closing learning gaps, strenghtening foundational skills, and preparing students for learning demands of CXC English A before exam pressure begins. 

Ideal for: 

Students weak in English 

• Students missing key concepts 

• Students who struggle with comprehension and vocabulary 

• Neurodivergent students who need more time and repetition 

Focus Areas:

• Grammar and sentence structure

• Vocabulary development 

• Reading comprehension 

• Paragraph and essay writing 

• Summary writing 

• Exam-style thinking and question response

Literacy Programs & Instruction

Comprehensive Literacy Lessons

These lessons are designed to strengthen literacy skills at the student's pace. We cater to both mainstream and neurodivergent learners who are in need of targeted literacy instruction with a focus on foundational and developing literacy skills.

This program supports students who experience difficulty with:

• Reading fluency 

• Comprehension 

• Vocabulary development

• Written expression 

• Confidence in English 

Ideal for: 

• Struggling readers

• Students who need reinforcement beyond the classroom

One-Year Literacy Program

A structured literacy program designed to build:

Student Aide Services

We source and coordinate trained individuals with educational backgrounds to support students within the school setting.
