All tutoring and literacy support sessions are available by appointment only.

Once contact is made, clients will be guided through the appropriate service option, scheduling, and next steps.
Literacy services outside of the Literacy Club School Program are offered in prepaid blocks of 10–13 weeks.
Prepayment secures session scheduling, planning, and resource preparation.
Split payment arrangements may be considered by request and must be approved in advance via email.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable.
Missed sessions without notice are treated as forfeited.
Consistent attendance is essential for progress, particularly within structured literacy programs.
Timely pick-up is required at the end of each in-person session.
Late pick-ups may result in an additional fee.
Repeated late pick-ups may affect future scheduling.
Sessions may be delivered in person or online, depending on the service type.
After-school literacy programs are delivered in person only within partner schools.
